When everything comes crashing down

Things you're looking forward to become insignificant. All the time spent on planning, all the time spent smiling to yourself while looking at those wonderful images, the bubbly feeling and the unspeakable joy waiting to burst thorough your veins become unimportant. This time the sadness takes over. The disappointment from realising that the one you're doing it for couldn't care less. No appreciation given, none at all. All because of the things you've said. The things you thought would've helped. Would've helped put an end to something that should have ended long before. Something that the someone has promised so many times before that it was gg to stop. Promises that led you to believe again and again but let you down every single time. But you still trusted, all because you love him so damn much, you thought u know him well. But nobody knows. Nobody knows what goes on in another person's mind. Not even if you feel like you've known him all your life.
